Prairie Winds Kempo Karate is a family-owned and operated martial arts school. We We are apart of  Universal Kempo Karate Association. We teach kickboxing, submission grappling (BJJ, judo, and wrestling) and weapons.

Our goal for our kid students is to teach them discipline, respect, and critical thinking.

Our goal for our adult students is to give them confidence to defend themselves and their family.
